Step 1. Deep breath in and out Step 2. Punch a Pillow left right left about 10 times slowly Step 3. Lay down on your bed for about 2 or 3 minutes Step 4. Then stand on sit on the floor leg's in a basket Step 5. Closes your eyes and listen to some music Step 6. Keep taking deep breaths in and out Step 7. Stop listening to music after 10 minutes Step 8. Open your eyes stand up Step 9. Go to your kitchen and drink some water Step 10. You should feel better now
